The information on this website describes Majestic Provisions's catering services and is provided for general guidance. Menus, availability, serving arrangements and prices can change, so please rely on the current written quotation for your event.

Text, photographs, branding and page layouts belong to Majestic Provisions or its content suppliers. You may view the site for personal or business planning, but you must not copy, alter, publish or use its content commercially without written permission.

• Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security.
• Send accurate contact and event information when making an enquiry.
• We do not guarantee that every page will always be available or error-free.

A quotation is normally valid for 30 days unless it states a different period. It is an estimate based on the guest numbers, menu, venue details and service requirements known when it is prepared.

A date is held only when Majestic Provisions confirms the booking in writing and receives any deposit or payment requested in the quotation. An enquiry, provisional conversation or unsigned quotation does not reserve a date.

• The final price may change when guest numbers, menu choices, timings, venue access or equipment needs change.
• Payment dates and balances are those shown in the quotation or booking confirmation.
• Provide final guest numbers, dietary information and practical event details by the agreed deadline.
• Late information may limit menu changes or create extra charges where additional preparation is needed.

Tell Majestic Provisions as soon as plans change. The date of written notice matters because food purchasing, preparation and staffing may already have started.

Cancellation charges, deposit treatment and any refund due will follow the terms set out in your quotation or booking confirmation. Costs already committed for your event may be retained, and any balance will be explained before it is requested.

• Changes to guest numbers or menu choices need written approval and may affect the price.
• Moving an event to a new date depends on availability and may require a revised quotation.
• A reduction in numbers after the agreed deadline may not reduce the final charge.
• Refunds are made to the original payer where the agreed booking terms provide for one.

Majestic Provisions will prepare and provide the agreed food and catering support with reasonable care. Food is prepared in line with applicable UK food safety requirements, using the dietary and allergen information supplied by the customer.

Customers must provide safe, suitable access to the venue, working facilities where agreed, and a contact person for the event. Venue restrictions, delays, missing equipment or inaccurate information can affect service times and the agreed menu.

• Allergen information must be shared before the event, including the risk of cross-contamination.
• We may adjust a dish when an ingredient becomes unavailable, while keeping the agreed service suitable where practical.
• Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption or venue closure.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected catering service, except where the law does not allow that limit.
